I have come to accept that the very thing that causes pain in our lives can also be an opportunity for transformation and joy. Giving ourselves permission to create new patterns for our lives takes courage and commitment, yet,  when we can bravely face the hurts in life and seek to rely on our inherent well being and reslicency, change will follow.
